Is it possible to have multiple Original file storage locations? Basiclly I want to be able to have serveral albums each with its own file storage location and to have them synchronized.
The reason for this is that I have several users in my home that have their Pictures folder synchronized from their computer to their own folder on a server. So having multiple path to synchronize for their own album with be idea.
Please advise,

That feature is not currently there, but I can understand why it would be helpful to you.
However, there is a feature in Windows that lets you put a pointer in a directory that points to another directory. Like a shortcut but it actually tricks applications into thinking it's a real directory. This *could* work for you, but I've only read about it, never done it.
I forget the correct terminology and don't have a link for you, but if you are determined enough you'll figure it out (or maybe another reader can help out). I have seen blog posts on the technique.

Though this would appear to work in a static inviroment, it would not in where users are posting new files and folders and would create extra management on my part. I noticed version 2.2 is coming soon. Will my feature, "Multiple Original file storage location", request be in this build?

Unfortunately, that feature is not in scope for 2.2. After 2.2 is released, I will be putting together a roadmap for the next versions. There are a lot of features I need to prioritize, and my guess is that this one won't be implemented until late 2009 at the earliest.
