Roger,
would be nice to disable hidden files during sync.
Reason is that Apple OS-X users store hidden file information with the same extension as the originals in the same folder.
Galleryserver is synchronizing these documents (but actually cannot read them).
Could modify the code myself, but it may be useful to tohers, too.

Ralf, thanks for this suggestion. I just released a code update that includes this behavior. If anyone is negatively affected by this change, be sure to let me know. We can make this a configuration setting that is enabled/disabled at will if necessary.
